The staff were friendly upon arrival and throughout my stay. The hotel offers a private beach, a detail not advertised enough. It includes a boat transfer to another island. You can get drinks there.
The room I was assigned faced the street. It was noisy! External noise disrupted my sleep. I was moved to another room but noise persisted.

the staff were attentive. val and julie at the front desk were so helpful! the hotel booked tours for me, and they even offer a private beach called papaya beach. the included breakfast had so many delicious options!!!
my room was on the roadside and the traffic noise was loud. the aircon was noisy too. there were so many night lights i couldn't turn off, so it was impossible to get the room dark.

a romantic gem
spacious room comfortable bedding private beach
the room was efficient and spacious. the pillows and bedding were comfortable. i liked that hotel staff learned my name, a personal touch i didn't expect. breakfast was diverse and slightly different each morning. the hotel offers a trip to a private beach, a relaxing location to unwind and snorkel.
the pool area sometimes had leaves. there was no music to enjoy during the day.

The staff consistently greeted me by name. This personal touch enhanced my experience. the team helped organize island tours and trips. i was provided with a useful linen carry bag, along with bandanas and bracelets as goodies. the hotel also offers a discount voucher for the spa.

friendly staff airport pickup spacious room
i appreciated that the staff were very friendly and helpful. they assisted us with directions and provided airport pickup. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a large shower, great (especially after the beach!). the breakfast buffet offered different options each day.
i found the ambient lighting in the room to be a little too dim at night, tricky when i tried to get ready.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. My room included complimentary scarves and a bag. The hotel organized a boat trip to a beautiful beach. I spent hours snorkeling and kayaking there. The van driver and boat crew were very kind.
